If you wish to change or cancel your recent order you will need to contact us as soon as possible at contact@shopWaltDisney.com as we begin to process orders immediately after they are placed. Based on the status of your order we will attempt to assist with your request.

In order to ship your items out as soon as possible, some orders will be split into different packages.

We ship by ePacket (EMS) and the order should arrive within 12-20 business days (25 business days for orders outside of the USA). You can track your on your account page.

Our products are manufactured by licensed Disney suppliers, we're the International Fans Site and not related to the official Disney company.

The size you ordered is an accurate representation of our size chart. However, due to manufacturing measurements and worldwide sizes adjustment, we automatically ship a larger size for some regions in the world. Don't worry, just try it on.  To make it clear, the larger size matches exactly to the size you choose, and only the label on the clothing is different.

The accidental damage coverage of MagicCare shipping option guarantees you a replacement item for shipping cost only, for a period of 90 days since your order was placed.
